Our Updates:

We are always advancing here at Fit For Life.  Someone asked me if i'm adhd because I like change so much.  The answer is no , I look at things and simply want to make them better. We have our massage room fully operating with 3 highly skilled therapist.  Next week we will begin booking spay tan appointments!  Also there has been a change to classes.  Moving  forward all training members no longer need class cards for any classes.  You will only have to pay a $6.00 drop in when you are looking to come.

When visiting Fit For Life you'll leave with a better understanding of where your start point is. We will check your blood pressure, your BMI, your body fat percentage, current weight and review current lifestyle and habits.
